Hapman's Access Chamber / Sack Tip combination provides flexibility to your system by allowing you to either unload FIBC bags, or introduce small sacks of material, into your process. And, with the addition of our exclusive filter cartridge dust containment system you have total flexibility plus total dust control.
A large access, through dust-tight double doors, facilitates Sack Tip operations, maintenance and bulk bag untying/tying. A heavy-duty stainless steel grate area provides ample room for resting and slitting your sacks, within the chamber, and helps to assure material containment.
Hapman's self contained dust collection system is engineered to keep your products confined within the production cycle with NO external ducting or separate dust collectors required. This built in filter cartridge system requires no auxiliary fans and provides 99.9% filter efficiency. A unique, compressed air "pulse-jet", clearing system, keeps the filter operating at maximum efficiency and reduces the need for maintenance.
