Customer service technicians are available 24/7 on Hapman’s hotline – (800) 427-6260 – to offer free technical assistance on its conveyors and material-handling systems.

“Many of our customers are running leaner than ever and often require additional technical support from an outside source,” said Tom Goudzwaard, Customer Service Manager for Hapman. “Our customers have responded very positively to our Performantee^®, which guarantees product performance. It only seemed natural to look at ways to extend our service support for urgent issues that occur after normal business hours. Our goal is to ensure our customers’ operations run smoothly and profitably.”

Should a replacement component be required and in-stock, technicians will ship within 24 hours, including Saturdays, to ensure up-time for customers. Hapman’s regular service hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.
